Arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled set off time at each spot. You can find each location using the What3Words codes.

All routes are on Strava and are different every week so make sure you check them out so you know where you will start and finish (see individual events on Strava for each week’s route)

The Say Yes Club is all about getting you moving, supporting you for your next big event or just giving you a new group of friends to run with.

What are the pace groups?

Whether you’re gunning for a sub-4 marathon or just looking to cross that finish line in style, it’s all about YOUR pace. “Say Yes!” is a community that lifts each other up, so we want you to find your fellow runners who are with you at your pace.

So here’s how it works - We’ll have some amazing Say Yes pacers on deck who will announce their paces before we take off. There will be a variety of paces each week, depending on who’s available and what their training schedules look like (yep, we’re training too!).

Feel free to “Say Yes” and join a pacer’s group, but we’re also here to help you find other pace groups so you can run with your kind of crew. So make sure you grab a copy of the route to self-guide if needed.

Meet me half way!

We’ve got a halfway pick up point to welcome new runners who might want a shorter distance or are on a half marathon training plan, so we can all finish this journey together.

The halfway point is set, all you need to do is go to it and wait for the group to come and pick you up. We might face some delays or detours on the run, but don’t worry our Say Yes pacer will share live updates on the WhatsApp community group so you can track them while you wait.
